I don't often stumble into the baking aisle, but when I do, there's usually confusion and flop-sweat involved. Once in a while I end up with something bizarre in my shopping cart as a result-- and this time, it's at least somewhat relevant to the ongoing pursuit of chocolate milk.

A few days in UB and already a much easier time finding chocolate milk than in China. It's crucial that I find the best tasting, travel-friendly chocolate milk to accompany me for 8 days out on the steppe.

Eight weeks in China, 35 chocolate milks in total- including only 4 new (to me) kinds in Beijing after a tireless, week-long search. Blood from a stone.

Chocolate milk atop the Great Wall at Mutianyu; a brief respite from the daily grind to do something touristy outside of Beijing.

Eight days until Mongolia, which means seven days to find the last remaining (yet undiscovered) chocolate milk(s) in China.  No pressure.
