| The beautiful look of it may have gotten my expectations a bit too high, as there wasn't much of a flavor punch to speak of, but still drank nicely albeit on the chalky/drying side. Its creamy base could certainly shoulder more flavor, perhaps I got a somewhat blander batch than usual. In the grand scheme of things, it's still well above average, but lacking that extra gear to thrust it toward the top. |
