Chalky and a bit malty, but after each sip, the sides of my tongue want to create saliva— like your mouth is watering. Can’t say that is an appetizing image for anyone, but it’s truthful nonetheless. Taste is ok, but there will usually be a better option in your dairy case.
Considerably more bland than the whole milk version— what happened to all the taste? There’s very little to move the needle in any convincing direction. The sweetness, salt, and cocoa seem to be competing for who can be the least prominent. Not gross or anything, but just boring.
Watery, sort of malty but too diluted to carry much of any flavor. More preferable to a lot of other ‘diet’ versions, as it’s nicely thin and goes down without a fight.
Same as Schweitzer Choco Bio: Flavor that is an absolute punch in the face, this should not be missed. Very chalky, but for a good cause— incredibly strong and tasty cocoa flavor, plenty of cream, sweetness, and salt. Simply one of the best I have ever had!
Sourish, very chalky, whatever flavor it is that comes through tastes unnatural. There’s a watery finish which (thankfully) sweeps away the bad flavor— like hosing out the inside of a catbox.
Less sweet and more creamy than Milbona Lisas Schoko Mix, and still quite enjoyable but lacking the punchier flavor that the other version had.
Good flavor, nice viscosity and texture with a creaminess still present. More sweet than chocolaty, but overall above average.

Overflowing with flavor— strong notes of cocoa, cream, sweetness, and especially salt. Perhaps just a bit too strong on the salty and sweet levers, which pains me to say (because it works pretty well here). The sweetness has a slight syrupy quality.
Unbelievably strong cocoa taste, I feel like I got a buzz from the first sip! There’s such a strong component of raw cocoa here that the bitterness comes through as well. It’s not very sweet, and it is extremely thick— what a unique drink this is!
Definitely more of a vanilla flavor than a chocolate one, but it works. The salty quality makes you almost think that it’s like a vanilla-peanut butter mixup which, admittedly, isn't chocolate milk— but it’s positioned as such and doesn’t disappoint from a taste perspective.
The cocoa flavor is more toward the ‘British chocolate’ end of the spectrum— but otherwise it’s average and drinkable, perhaps a tad too sweet and thick.
Strange, gamey flavor that fortunately dissipates quickly. Do not drink this if chocolate milk is what you are after.
As with other Saliter products, there is definitely a wheaty taste, which is decidedly less pleasant than a malty taste. Averagely creamy and sweet, but overall slightly below because of the distraction from cocoa flavor.
Creamy and smooth, with a subtle chocolate flavor. Very similar to Ja! Schoko-Drink and a few others that have very similar ingredient profiles. Wasn’t able to sample them side-by-side, but overall quite similar.
Not as wheaty as the non-bio version, which is a plus. The texture is slightly thicker but there is a noticeable creamy component and the cocoa flavor is more ‘real’ feeling, but still lacking.
Good heavens, it tastes like rotten popcorn butter. Visually, it's just as unnatural-- even the meniscus in the glass looks angry, which should serve to all as a warning.
Silky smooth for a higher fat content drink, and lots of creamy flavor. The sweetness steps aside to let the cocoa come through, it's a nicely balanced drink in that regard. Meant to be savored.
Tastes creamier than it should, despite the overly thickened texture. It’s more like a light milkshake than anything else-- there's a ton of salt and emulsification going on, but the cocoa flavor seemed to have been an afterthought. Attractive coloration, if you fancy bile.
